At a glance: What you need to know

Cancellation window: Request within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of stopping fulfillment.
Once an order enters processing (typically within 1-1 business days), cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
To request: Email [email protected] with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days; your bank may post in 5-10 business days.
Please confirm your shipping address before paying. We cannot reroute once an order has shipped.

Your cancellation window

We move quickly so you can enjoy your pieces sooner. If you change your mind, submit a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing the order.

Within 2 hours of order placement	We will attempt to cancel immediately. If your order has not entered processing, it will be canceled.	Refund to the original payment method. Item(s) and applicable taxes are refunded. The $6.99 shipping fee is refundable only if Minterus is at fault.
After processing has started or the order has shipped	We will try to place a hold, but cancellation is not guaranteed. If the package cannot be stopped, you may return eligible items after delivery according to our returns policy.	Shipping fees are not refundable unless Minterus is at fault.

When processing begins

Orders typically move into processing within 1-1 business days. After this point, warehouse workflows and carrier handoffs limit our ability to cancel. We will always do our best to help, but we cannot promise a successful cancellation once processing has started.

How to request a cancellation

Email [email protected] within 2 hours of checkout.
Include your order number and the email address used at purchase.
Tell us the reason for canceling and whether you also need an address update.
Watch for our confirmation email. We will confirm success or advise next steps if the order has already entered processing.

Refunds for approved cancellations

Method: Refunded to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval.
Bank posting time: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fee: The $6.99 standard shipping fee is refunded only when Minterus is responsible for the cancellation (for example, a duplicate order due to a system error).

Address accuracy is your responsibility

Please review your shipping details carefully before payment, including recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, and contact email. Once an order ships, carrier rerouting is not available.
