How checkout security works

  • No full card data stored: Minterus does not store full card numbers or security codes on the storefront. Sensitive data is handled by our authorized payment partners.

Billing address match

For card payments, the billing name and address must match the records held by your card issuer. Mismatched details can lead to declines or verification requests.

If your payment fails

  1. Confirm card number, expiry date, CVC, and billing address are entered exactly as shown on your statement.
  2. Check available funds and any bank alerts (for example, fraud or 3‑D Secure prompts).
  3. Try again after a few minutes or switch to another accepted method: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex.
  4. If the issue continues, contact our support team and include any on-screen error message for faster assistance.

Troubleshooting

  • Address mismatch: Update the billing address to match your card issuer’s records.
  • Repeated timeouts: Clear your browser cache or try a different browser/device, then retry.
  • Multiple declines: Your bank may be blocking the attempt; try another accepted payment method or contact your bank.
