Order processing

Orders begin processing after your payment is authorized. Processing occurs on business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Handling time

Our standard handling time is 1-1 business days.

Transit time

Standard transit time is 2-5 business days. Transit begins once the carrier has collected your parcel and scanned it into their network.

Shipping fee

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order.

Destination availability

We ship to addresses our carrier partners can service. If a destination cannot be serviced or an address is invalid, we will contact you to update the address. If we are unable to arrange delivery, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Split shipments and separate tracking

To deliver your items as smoothly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be sent by email when dispatched.

Tracking and delivery updates

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to post the first scan. If you do not see movement after this window, the parcel is still in handoff and will update once processed at the carrier facility.

Delays outside our control

Weather events, route or customs inspections where applicable, peak season volume, and carrier network disruptions may extend delivery timelines. We monitor these situations and will support you if your parcel is affected.

Address accuracy and delivery attempts

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including unit or apartment numbers. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel must be re-sent due to address errors.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the noted delivery date or receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item (if applicable) so we can assist with a resolution.
