How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?

Browse styles at minterus.com, add your favorites to cart, and complete checkout in USD using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. After your order is placed, you will see a confirmation screen, and we begin preparing your items within 1-1 business days.

I am unsure about sizing. What should I do?

Fit can vary by silhouette across women’s tops, dresses, denim, and matching sets. If you are between sizes or prefer a specific fit, email [email protected] with your usual sizes and the item link. Our team will guide you toward a comfortable choice. If a size does not work out, you may return eligible items within 30 days from delivery.

What are the shipping costs and timelines?

How will I receive tracking information?

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the email used at checkout. The link updates as the carrier scans your package. If you cannot locate your tracking details, email [email protected] and include your order number.

What is your return window and what is required for a return?

You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. To start, email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief note so we can assist. There is no restocking fee. The original shipping charge is refunded only when Minterus is at fault.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method in USD. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
