Returns Policy
What you need to know
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Eligible when items arrive defective, damaged, the wrong item or size is shipped, or the product is significantly different from its description.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and, where possible, in original packaging.
- Photos are required: issue close-up, size tag, and full front/back of the item.
- Our error: Minterus covers return shipping and refunds the original shipping fee. Change of mind: you cover return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
- Exchanges are available when stock allows.
- We reply to return requests within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds are processed 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Return window
30 days from delivery: The window begins on the date your tracking shows the order was delivered.
Eligible reasons for a return
- Item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Wrong item or wrong size was shipped.
- Product is significantly different from the description or photos on the product page.
Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within the 30-day window, provided all item condition requirements are met.
Item condition requirements
- Unused and unwashed, with no signs of wear.
- Original tags attached and all accessories included.
- Original packaging where possible.
- No stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
Photo and proof requirements
- Clear, well‑lit close‑up of the issue (defect, damage, or discrepancy).
- Photo of the size tag or product label.
- Full front and full back photos of the item.
- Shipping box or poly mailer photo if damaged in transit (helpful for carrier claims).
How to request a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: Return/Exchange Request – Your Order Number.
- Include: your order number, the reason for the request, the required photos, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange, with desired size/color).
- Wait for our reply. We respond within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions, or any follow‑up questions.
- Shipping the return:
- Our error (defective, damaged, wrong item/size shipped, or significantly different): Minterus covers return shipping. You will receive return instructions; a prepaid label may be provided or costs reimbursed according to the method confirmed in your approval email.
- Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping using a trackable service. Send the package to the address provided in the approval instructions and keep your tracking number.
- Pack the item securely with tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Items we cannot accept
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items.
- Items missing original tags or components.
- Items returned with stains, odors, or damage incurred after delivery.
- Minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to lighting or display settings are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color when inventory permits. If the requested variant is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund in line with the policy above.
Approval and communication
We confirm approval and next steps by email within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. The approval message will include shipping instructions, what to include in your package, and how return shipping will be handled for your situation.
